| I'm looking for more power, and am debating a sv100s or a 600.

| That would depend, are the two riders going left or right around the turns, what way is the wind coming from, what is the road temp?

| You'd have to do some reading about rake and trial and how they affect a bike's handling and performance. Then, you'd have to look up the rake and trail of the two bikes. Are you scraping hard parts yet? A bigger bike will go faster in a straight line, but it takes a better rider to fully tap into ANY bike's cornering abilities.

| The SV is one of the quicker corning bikes out there, very flickable. In straight line speeds they aren't the fastest but who are you racin anyway??

| Forensic Bug Splatter Analyst. ![]() | The SV is a great track bike, if you want to play hard. It's very good on the tight twisties. You may be doing a lot of chasing through the big sweepers and straight aways though. I'd like one for an additional ride! But the gixxer is a keeper for me.
