Default turn signal question

I bought a 94 gsxr750 a couple of weeks ago when I bought it it did not have any turn signals on the bike. Since then I have installed turn signals this is the problem. The turn signals are solid they don't flash from right to left they just light up solid. I bought a new turn signal relay from the dealer thinking that was the problem put it in yesterday and nothing they are still solid no flashing so I'm back to step one. If anyone could help it would be thankful.
Thanks flipmo

Need more info. Did you use the original wiring? What signals? What bulbs?

Yes I did use the factory wiring and all the turn signals do the same thing front and back when you turn the signal on weather its the left or the right it is just solid no flashing. I replaced the bulbs in the instrument panel because one of them was blown I have voltage going to the lights they just don't flash what other info do you need.
Thanks flipmo
