Default FI display and Warning light

I have a 1998 GSXR 750 and lately I have been having some fuel problems. It only happens at lower RPM's usually below 7000. I am getting a hesitation (feels like I am on a bucking bronco) and then it pulls out of it. I have a K & N filter, Power commander II, and a full Yoshi exhaust. It doesn't happen all the time and the warning light and display has only been on once so far. I took the airbox off and cleaned the air filter and the throttle bodies and went ahead and changed my plugs, I should have pulled my injectors and cleaned them but I didn't. Anyone have any advice?
