Default A friend of mine wants to get a '03 SV1000s
He currently has an '06 Katana 600, but wants the sv1000s. He likes to go fast top end, but loves to ride pretty hard thru the curves too. I'm thinking that he might be gaining some top end speed, but is going to go slower thru the curves. I guess he likes that deeper sound from the sv1000s, and the low-end torque - but is he really making a good move doing this? I have a sneaky feeling that he's making a mistake since the curves are his first love.

Anyone have any opinions/thoughts on this?
