Default MASSIVE Ride

I went to the now annual Sept Ride sponsored by streetfighterz (local stunt group, known nationally). Wow! There were about 600 bikes and I am not exagerating. There are some pics posted, but its taking people while to put em up.

We rode a good 40 mile loop around the city of St. Louis. From the stories coming in, many people were busted at the back. Couple for speeding and others for C & I. I thought it was a lot of fun, especially since I hung up front where the action was. However I dont know if I will do another one for one reason. People in cars, and bikes, dont seem to get along in groups.

Bikes were zipping past cars and pushing them off the roads. I think some of the cars didnt want to deal with the problem and simply parked on the shoulder and waited. But there was an 18 wheeler that rode the freakin median to get around us! It kicked up massive amounts of debris.

On the whole it was fun, different, and fresh. I didn't like not knowing what the hell people around me were going to do though. Towards the end a police escort showed up to take us where we wanted to go. I'll stick to riding in smaller groups of my usual 10-15 or solo.
