A dealer here in Grand Rapids is advertising on craigslist a B-King at "invoice price": $10,932

Seems like a good deal if you can make it to Michigan and back for less than what you could get it in Arkansas.

If they're really trying to get rid of the their B-Kings here, I'm sure that other dealers are doing the same elsewhere, so look around.

I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to score a test ride on the Bandit I just got, basically I had to agree to buy it from them if I liked it, and they didn't want to let me take out 2 or 3 different bikes to compare them back to back, they wanted me to get my choice down to one model by just setting on them on the show floor.
They made a copy of my endorsement, and I had to sign my life away, but other that that it was easy. It was actually set up by a buddy who just bought a Bking there a couple weeks ago. The one I rode has only been test ridden twice, once by him and once by me.

Holy cow...that's about as good of a price as you'll see on a Bking. I suspect that they aren't moving well, and soon they'll be had for mid to high 9's. The Bking is kind of like the M109, it's not for everybody, but has a cult like following.

Did you notice the word "NEW" has been left out of that add.

Be very careful of those low advertised prices, I know a guy that flew from St Paul to Chicago with a signed fax copy of the invoice for what he thought was his new motorcycle, when he got to the stealership they told him that someone must be playing a trick on him, because the name on the invoice didn't match anyone that worked there, but for $1000 more than the price on his invoice they would be glad to sell him a bike.

I didn't notice that. When seeing the current model year, I automatically assumed it must be new, and when they say "invoiced priced," I also assumed they were just trying to get rid of it at cost.

Thanks for the advice as well.
