Default Rear Brake on GSX250F

Well, I was riding my Suzuki Across on the sidewalk. Then I had to jump off to the main road over the border stone. OK, that was stupid. I knew GSX250F is not an enduro, but didn't think about it.

Few minutes later I tried to brake using rear brake pedal, but there were no effect at all! Thanks to the front brake, I was able to finish the ride normally, but further riding without rear brakes is not a good idea...

Later I examined my bike's rear brake. Brake disc was wetted with some liquid, I guess it was leaked brake liquid. Also, there were two rubber hoses leading to nowhere. However, when I press brake pedal, these hoses don't move, so it seems they are not being used by the brake system. Reading workshop manual on GSX250F did not help.

My question is how to fix rear brake? Where should I fill up the brake liquid? I cannot find the brake liquid container and the way to open it.
