Default Do I want to have a GS500F owner's manual?

Just bought a 2004, no manual whatsoever, have never seen the owner's manual, wondering if it's worth trying to FIND one (surprisingly, no .pdf versions show up after numerous tries at the web).

Clymer & others usually give such generic help that simple basics are still a mystery, so while I would buy a maintenance manual if it seemed needed, I suspect specifics of individual models would be omitted. Examples: I'm used to gas petcocks with OFF, PRI, RES but the 500 has no OFF position, only ON, PRI,RES which leaves me mystified as to how to turn gas OFF. Or even what the difference between PRI and ON might be.

And the tripmeter reset is missing, I have no idea what it even looks like or whether a screwdriver will substitute.

Then there's the issue of finding a dealer (not that the manual would do that): there seems to be no Suzuki factory website, nor any way to find a local dealer reliably with the internet. Surely there IS a factory site--where is it hidden?
