Default 06 katana600

How yall doing im new to these forums and im also a new rider so i was wondering what do yall experinced riders think about the suzuki katana 600 as a first bike ive ridden my friends and it pretty comfy and also i was wondering how much the insurance will be on this type of bike

I'd say it's a pretty safe first bike. Not too powerful yet enough to not make you immediately NEED to go out for a super sport.

It's a good bike.

do you know the insurance cost on this bike for an 18 yr old with one speeding ticket i live in texas does anyone have a good estimate for how much it will be

A whole lot... i'm lucky i only pay 500 a year but no tickets, 23 (almost 24)

A katana should make a fine 1st bike. I don't know about insurance though. Maybe you should get married and say you are 36....
