This isn't a forum where stunting & breaking the law is encouraged.

Riding a wheelie for 6 miles on a public highway, and claiming that cops are easy to out run, is not the kind of thing you will be getting hi fives for on this forum. It's irresponsible, illegal, dangerous, and just downright stupid.

The general public already has a dim enough view of motorcycles, we as a group certainly don't need to be going out of our way to make that image worse. Stunt riding, splitting lanes, and obnoxiously loud pipes are the three most common complaints the general public sites when they start writing letters to there State law makers.

Giving them more fuel for the fire is the way things get started like what is going on down in Florida right now. The current purposed law will give Leo's the right to arrest the rider, impound the bike, and confiscate the DL of any rider caught doing a wheelie, or any stunt for that matter, plus, if convicted, the rider looses his DL for 10 years. If passed down there, it would only be a matter of time before other states started passing similar laws.

If you think this kind of law can't trickle down to you, your just fooling yourself. Let me lay out a scenario for you.

Your out for a nice Sunday afternoon ride on your nice shinny white Road King, You notice there is a cop car following you, you arn't doing anything wrong, so when the lights and siren come on you think he must have gotten a call, and you pull over to let him pass. What you don't know, is that this particular cop just lost his girlfriend to another guy, and the only thing he knows about him, is that he rides a white Road King. The cop, not knowing anything about motorcycles, claims he stopped you because of the mile long wheelie he saw you doing. Even if you wind up beating the charge, you still get arrested, and your bike gets towed.

We, as a group need to start being more responsible. There is a time and place for everything, the place for stunt riding is not on public roads.

If as you said earlier, your only interest in getting a sport bike is to do wheelies, than my advice to you is to do what your girlfriend wants, and buy the Harley.

Not to worry Adam, I only played with him long enough to find out weather or not there was something worth saving in him. His last post provers there's not, so it would just be a waste of words to continue this. I am a little surprised one of the admins hasn't baned him yet, I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I have always been a firm believer in the old "what goes around comes around" theory. People get exactly out of life what they ask fore.

No I am not invincible I know that I have been jacked up and in the hospital 5 or 6 times and I am not a big stunt rider and I don't do stunts on the road most in parking lots or on my street that is a dead end street
the only stunt I have did on the road was on I-30 and that was dumb but my friends had a lot to do with that they are persistent and can't do stunts so they got me to do a wheelie so they could show off and look cool and tell everyone that it was them and I did not realy like what I said to rickster he just got me mad and I got a bad attitude and a short temper I had just got done fighting with my brother in law and I was already mad

and this is to rickster I am sorry it was not your fault I got mad at you like I said above I had been fighting with my brother in law and was already mad
he hit me with a rock in the back because I told him If he hit my sister again I would break his arm

Pretty adventurous for a guy with a broken hip. I figure a Ural with a sidecar would be more your speed

I'm tired.

If you're going to stunt your machine, doing wheelies and such, don't bother to insure it. All you're trying to do is let someone else pay for your stupidity. If you want to stunt a bike, fine. Buy yourself a ratbike, weld on some crashbars, and go stunt in a parking lot. But don't expect others to pay for your pranks.

If you ride on the street, then ride responsibly. And carry the best insurance you can afford. But no one here wants higher insurance rates just because stupid kids want to act irresponsibly and pull stunts on public streets, destroying $10000 bikes and incurring huge medical bills when something goes wrong.

A six mile wheelie? That alone is a reason to revoke your license and impound your bike. Grow up, kid.

I'd like to know where the kids get the money for the 10 k bikes; the most popular ones around here are about 6 k. The 600 cc gsxr being a prime example.

I'm beginning to think that English isn't your first language, your posts make absolutely no sense at all. Please proof read your posts, so we can have some sort of idea what it is that you are trying to say.
