Hey I know I'm a little late with my feedback considering how many other people have already answered you.. however i didn't read all the responses, but in the first few i read i didnt see what I'm about to suggest.

Simple and easy -

perhaps the front tire and rear tire have a different tread pattern? If the two tires are different they will judge the road different and will cause some shaking when weight (such as you keeping it from shaking with your hands on the bars) will occur.. happened with my first Bike.. ninja zx 600 r.. previous owner put a new back tire on it, but kept the stock front one since it had less wear, switched to a different rear tire so the patterns were different.. caused it to shake. Just a suggestion and a semi(200 per tire) cheap fix if that is the case.

Yeah, it didn't end up being a rotor issue, quite likely was the difference in the two tires, or possibly the front end was just bent a little.

I sold it today, waiting for a good deal on a larger bike.
