Default Rear tire puncture ?'s

Well..............here it is:

Kinda hard to see clearly, but its not a rock.

It is leaking, slowly. My best guess it is a nail of some sort, It must have happened today, since I hadn't ridin it since thursday. I didn't notice when I got to my destination. but I did notice some slop on the way home.

Question is can this be repaired? I mean its only a 2month old tire (2 month old bike as well). I figure it'd be kinda hard to patch since its almost a completely round profile. and I would hate to have a plug come out in a critical turn. So am I screwed? I'm gonna take it by the dealer tomorrow to see what they say. Maybe it'll be good for a good burnout, who knows.

What has been ya'lls experiance with getting new tires and getting the mounted. I heard some dealers won't mount unless you get the tire from them.

and the kicker is..........I just had 3 patches put in my commuter cars driver rear tire today (1 nail, 1 screw, and one leaky plug). Not my luck on tires today.
