|  Bandit shifting
My new Bandit 1200 has an problem shifting but it doesn't happen every time I ride. Just the kind of problem that drives me nuts. When the problem occurs I have a hard time downshifting from 3rd to 2nd and 2nd to 1st. I have to hit the shift lever twice or more before the gear will engage. For example: it fells like the bike is in 1st when I downshift and I start off only to stall because it was in 2nd yet it felt like it you couldn't downshift any lower and were in 1st. Also if I put the bike in neutral at a light it will not engage 1st unless I stomp it and rev the engine. Other days I seem to have no problem...Help!!!! Thanks, Rob |
