|  a newborn to the world of superbikes..
and looking for a good beginners bike. i had a 50cc dirtbike back when i was 15-16 and rode it everyday(it was the time of my life) and ever since(im turning 23) ive been meaning to get another bike but never followed up that dream untill now. btw ive rode my friends two stroke 250cc dirtbikes many times(so the small 50cc is not the only experience i have). ive been looking into a few bikes such as the R6 and the R1 and the GSX-R 600 or 1000. ive kinda come to the conclusion though that a 1000cc bike as a first street bike would be way more than i could handle but i can be really impatient so i dont think ill be ready to start off with a 250cc, a bike i could prolly master in two months. so im pretty sure ill get a 600. what do you guys think? what was your first street bike? is a 600 too much for me or? and if i'd go for it, which bike would you think is better for a n00b, the r6 or the gsx-r? or maybe some other bike even? ps. this forum looks really good. ill definitely stay around. |
