| I was looking at purchasing a new 07 CBR600 rr and wondering how us "non professional" riders like it. I have read articles and write ups on it but what does the average rider think. Pros and Cons?

| Let me tell you one thing about the cbr600rr 07...holy $#!% As a nonprofessional rider myself i can honestly say this bike is one of the most well balanced, responsive and overall highest performing bikes i have ever rode off the floor. Me and my girlfriend have been looking into bikes for the last few monthes and we got our hearts set on honda. We walked into the local dealer signed the papers and started the ride of our lifes. go for it, have fun, and spend the extra cash on a helmet. the only con i can see as of yet is off the floor the gears are hard to get used to. |

| I absolutely hated the PRE 07 CBR's, now a lot of people have been saying that the new 07 is MAJOR improvement. So do the math and it all adds up to: Go and scam a dealer for a test drive. Seriously, it doesn't matter what people online say, GO TEST IT. You can drop 15k bucks on a bike thats touted as the best in the world, one little thing on it that bugs just you, and you may as well have just lit that 15k on fire (unless you can fix it, but still, you get my point). |

| Thant's my dream bike. although I have to say I just bought a gsxr 750 07. I found it cheap so I got it, but if I was going for a new bike the CBR is the bike i was going to get.

| I have to agree that the test drive is a good idea, Though if possible try to find some curves on the road so you can see how it corners, the cornering acceleration and ability to put the motor through stressful rpms is a selling point. My other car is a CBR! |
