Strange comparison I know. I just sold my Kawasaki KLX 400 Dual Sport, and am looking for a bike to use to commute, occasional touring, some freeway driving and windy mountain roads. I was just looking at the Katana 750 until the salesman mentioned that there is only a slight price difference between that and the Bandit 1200S. I do prefer the looks of the Katana and they are both quite comfortable so I am now confused as to which would be better for those uses. Also I was wondering if anyone knew if you could buy a faring for the 1200S and if they do where to get them and how much. Any thoughts would be great Thanks!
