Default Gloves

I've been using FirstGear's meshtex gloves. They are ok, very well ventilated.

Recently I switched over to Alpinestar's shorter street glove. It's quite a bit more heavily armored than the meshtex.

It also gives the controls a different feel. I've been using them for 3 days. Twice now I've unintentionally bipped the accellerator when moving to cover brakes. These gloves offer quite a bit more grip friction than the ones I was using. This requires a different touch. I like them better, it just takes a bit of alteration in how I move my hands. Where the others would slide over the accellerator, these will turn it.

If you change gear, keep in mind the new gear may take some getting used to.

Very good advice.
