   |  cruiser/sportsbike riders
( i'm not bashing cruiser riders at all, just a little pissed off at one. i personally like all motorcycles ) ok here's my rant/vent... today i'm sitting at an intersection stopped, getting ready to turn right onto a highway. i see a cruiser coming ( an older guy with a younger girl on back ) so i wave as i do to all other bike riders. the guy swerves to the edge of the lane as he's passing me and hocks a big loogie barely missing my helmet and proceeds to extend his middle finger at me. so i get a little hot headed and catch up with him, pinched his girl on the ass and yell that she can do better. he evidently could see what went on in his mirror and got pretty pissed and started yelling. i turned off to my destination and he continued to scream all kinds of expletives and he kept going. i know i probably shouldn't have done what i did and been the more mature guy and it definitely wasn't the safest thing to do, but dammit i don't like having snot and spit flying at my face. i'm new to biking, is this some type of rivalry? or was this guy just extremely un-friendly? |
