|  2002 Gsxr 600
I just picked up an 02 GSXR 600. when i ride it the bike wont rev above 8500RPM then jump to 10,5. it will also be sluggish off the line. i changed the plugs, drained all the gas out and put new in it. i dont know what else i can try to fix this problem. any ideas?
