|  All motorcycles speedometers 15% fast?
Last year when I had my first motorcycle (Aprilia RS 50) I suspected that maybe the speedometer was reading high and someone who owns 3 motorcycles told me that all motorcycle speedometers are 15% fast. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I clocked the bike against my car and it turned out that it was _exactly_ 15% over I now own a GSX-R 600 and I swear the speedometer is also fast. I have not tested it yet, but I am going to go out on a limb and say that when I do I am going to find out that it too is also 15% over. Can anyone here confirm my suspicion? |
