|  06' Yamaha YZF R6 rpm snafu
I apologize if this has been covered, but I just heard about it recently. I was told, by a yamaha owner that the 17500 rpm redline is not entirely accurate as advertising generally goes. That said, he also said that Yamaha was willing to buy back the bikes from anyone who was incensed by this revelation. This info could be half baked which is why I ask, has anyone else heard this? I find it interesting, particularly since the asking/MSRP was at 9400 or so. Anyway, I'd take a 750 GSXR in a heartbeat at that price--(please don't debate my last point)
