Well I called the company today and asked Rick, and he said that they were the same. They list 600's and 1000's together, and the 1000's changed in 03, hence the 01-02 listing.

I'll try and get some pics when I get them on!

I'm pretty sure that any half way descent lawyer would ask in the deposition if there was anything on the bike that's not stock. When I sued the guy that hit me on my bicycle, the lawyer for his insurance company tried to make me at fault because I had non stock tires on the bike. The right size, and all that, just a different manufacturer. This was with a cop as a witness, and a police report that stated the car driver was 100% at fault.
