Default Back Off Wig Wag

Just installed the Back-Off brake lamp modifier. Pretty cool, and might get you noticed a bit more when preparing to stop, or waiting. The Wig-Wag version works with any dual tail light assembly. Click the link to see the brief movie (4205K). http://www.zuki-dude.net/images/MOV01199.MPG. It was easy to install, and worth the $40, in my opinion. The unit gives you two options ...

User Selected Mode One:
Emits 4 alternating quick flashes of the left and right brake lights, followed by 3 short flashes and 1 long flash (3.5 seconds) of both brakes lights. The 3 short flashes and 1 long flash pattern automatically repeats itself as long as the brakes are held.

User Selected Mode Two:
Emits a visual signal of 4 alternating quick flashes of the left and right brake lights, followed by 3 short flashes of both brake lights and then the brake light remains steady until the brake is released.

I chose mode one just to keep the cager behind me entertained.

I got the Backoff XP unit for the led brake light on my M50. Works great and less than half the price of the trailblazer unit on the headlights!

I actually got it through my dealer, but you can order directly from the manufacturer, http://www.signaldynamics.com. Select "Modules" to the left of the screen on their site. Beware that the only unit compatable with the M50 is the Back-Off XP, since the standard Back-Off module doesn't work with LED lighting. Also note that the unit I have works only with "dual" tail lights, so it too will not work with the M50.

Definitely needed & looks great (especially if you favor night riding)! Think I'll research a bit to see what fits my gixxer.

'Preciate the short demo too, my friend!
