| Happy new year to you all. I will be taking an SV1000S to my home country. The elevation in the area i will be ridding is around 9000ft on average and between 50 and 75 year round. I know cars lose about 30% of their power due to altitute (10% per each 3,000ft) ... but was wondering if the same rule applies to bikes. I know I will be loosing some power, but are we saying my SV100S will feel like an SV650? Cheers, Last edited by SERGE; 01-06-2006 at 08:46 PM. |
