| My nephew is selling his 03 GSXR 750. I'm just wondering if someone out there can give me an idea of what the value of this bike is. Details: Mileage 19,500, Runs and Drives straight, All plastics are broken including the tail. The Engine (Left Side) Plastic is the only one that's OK. The rear subframe is bent. It needs a valve adjustment and the Rear Brake pads need to be replaced. It has a Power Commander, Upgraded Exhaust Pipe, Steering Stabilizer, and Upgraded tires. Please help I would like to make him an offer but I don't know where to start. Thanks |

| Seat Tester | Are you sure the frame is not bent. Basically this motorcycle has been wrecked right. Are the forks not bent? What about the rims? Fairings can be upwards of 1000 dollars if you are located in the US. I would not pay more than $3000 for a bike like this. But I have not seen it in person and don't know the overall condition.

| Bike Rides and stops straight. Frame and Forks and the Wheels appear to be straight. The bike was laid down in a turn and did not hit anything in the accident. I've rode the bike twice in the last week and it rides out as new. What about the value? It runs and shifts great as well.

| I got my 2001 for 5200 last year. Not a scratch no broken or bent pieces. 2500 miles and all stock. So that bike if you are going to ride it imo get something that hasnt been wrecked that bike would be good for a track bike or stunter.

| I dunno.....sounds like it's in rough shape cosmetically. I wouldn't pay much more than $2,500 for it. It's just in too bad a shape considering a lot of people sell bikes in much better condition and a fraction of the miles for around $4,000-5,000.

| if all the plastics are gone except for one fairing i woudnt pay much more then 1500 for it, since you need to calculate the cost of parts plus labor, and paint, the bent sub frame needs to be replaced, so thats a few more bucks, blinkers, exhaust anything and everything that was damaged, buying a damaged isnt worth anything if you have to dump 3k into it right away

| between $2000-$2500 i thinks a good average without viewing the bike.. Always remember when buying a bike like this theres usually a few things you will find needing replacement you never allowed for. Good Luck with it anyway |

| On the plus side buying a broken bike can be a great way to learn how to work on it. There's a lot of people who always buy new bikes and never really learn how to service them because they don't have to. I'm in the "new bike," category but have practically disassembled the entire bike out of curiosity of how things work.
