Default GSXR Gods, Please Help

Correct me if I'm wrong, but are these "adjustable" dogbone links on mine? I have an '02 600 but with a 1000 swing arm.

They look like they are, but you may only have a 1/2" of adjustment or so.

I'm going to be looking at them closer tonight when I borrow my buddy's stand. I don't think they're stock, but are they available from some manufacturer? ... or do you think they're custom made? I've never looked close up at the 1000's swingarm assembly.

Well that's pretty frikken cool then eh? I got my buddy's lift and will look into the adjustability of these tomorrow morning (too late right now). I'm anxious to see just how far they will adjust. On another positive note, my buddy gave me a set of dogbones that were on his Gixxer when he bought it. He is a bit taller and replaced those with the stock ones for his height, although he is unsure of the ride height difference. Well see.

Well, I took out the so-called adjustable dogbones and put in their place some other aftermarket lowering links that were given to me by my friend. What a difference an inch makes! I can just get my heels down barely; much better than being tippy-toed. Bike runs and handles beautifully! I chose not to use the ones that were there because the nuts were frozen. Plus, not knowing where they came from kind-of bothers me.

I wouldn't doubt it ... I should look at the old ones and check the difference; I have them in a box in the garage. Funny thing is, I was joking with Steve (sundude) yesterday about a little spirit of my M50 being cast upon my GSXR ... I dug up the M50's clutch pedal pad which was basically brand new, and it installed perfectly in place of the worn one on the GSXR! Zuki's M50 lives!!
