Default lowering my bike

hey does anyone know how to lower the seat on a 98 gsxr 600? is it possible to lower the bike cuz i wanna be able to put my foot down on the ground all da way. i'm only 5'8 and unable to reach all da way on a 600. anyone know? i would greatly appreciate any help.

Oh this old chestnut again! Ha ha!

As Rowdy says, search, there has been quite a lot on this subject.
Are you new to riding? I am shorter than you and managed fine on my '98 Gixer and same goes for the K1 I have now. If you are new to it, give it time and get used to the bike, plenty of people ride safely although they can't get both feet flat on the ground, me included!
