Default dropping a bike

dam today i dropped my 98 gixxer fo da first time. does anyone know if dropping a bike will damage anything cept cosmetically. I don't think i dropped it hard just couldn't hold on anymore. it wasn't moving though so iono. just wondered if it might damamge the engine in any way or will the liquid/oil get into the wrong places like da engine. luckily for fairing protectors. protected my fairings. so ya just wanted to know if a bike being on its side is bad for the bike.

It should be fine mate, just watch for any unusual leaks for a little while.

noting to worry about. If you lift it up right away there is nothing that can happen.

I once dropped my Kat 750 in a Burger King parking lot. The only damage was some slight scratches on the fairing, but the bike wouldn't start for 15 minutes afterward. Maybe the impact flooded the carbs....I'm not sure.

Yo; if you left that shiznit on its side for a while then tried to start it, da oil might be outta tha motor. Kinda like ridin a wheelio for 2 miles drops the oil the the back of da motor for poor circulation to ya cylinders. I highly doubt you damaged anythin.
