| Hey guys I have proposed this over at the other forums and want to get anyone else on the bandwagon if possible. Since most people are trying out the avon cobras and loving then even though the bike sits lower and drags more from using a 200/55/R17 instead of the correct 190/60/R17. Anyways we have been sending emails to avon to produce the correct size tire for our bike and I hope it will be enough to persuade them to give it more consideration. pmcnally@coopertire.com this is who I sent my email to per someone elses suggestion. Anyways lets try to get some more options with a really good tire like the avon cobra. Thanks |

| Max, Thanks, for posting this. I've already emailed them twice (once earlier this year and then again the other day). There should be enought Roadliner / Stratoliners out there to influence Avon to produce us a correct tire size. If we would just take the time to let them know what we want. Chuck |

| I got a VERY fast reply from Pete McNally Quote:
At least they are getting some "traction" no pun intended... if enough keep the pressure up they may indeed see a market opening up | |
