Cool Well I did it.

Folks,
I just got back from buying my new Stratoliner. I did the test ride thing and fell in love. I rode a 98 Royal Star for 9 years and loved every minute. But, this Strat. just blows my old Star away. This thing handles like dream. not nearly as top heavy as the Royal Star. The Strat has more low end grunt but not as much middle and upper end. I have seen post about vibrations and all kinds of strange noise. I had none off those problems. There is a slight whine. It is no where near the noise a Royal makes. And the brakes will throw you thru the windshield. It is going to take a few miles to get used to the lower revs. But, I think I can handle it.
I did however make one tragic error! I have neglected to tell my wife that I bought it. I still have one day to live. Because I take delivery tomorrow. She is working tonight and I won't see her before I leave to pick up the bike. I have always felt that it is better to beg for forgivness. But, man I sleep next to her
Anyway I love the bike and look forward to making new friends in this forum.
If you don't here from me soon. You will know what her response was
