Default back Seat Question + toss over bag

When I bought my bike, the dealership had taken the back seat off. they put the comfort solo up front and the metal luggage looking thingy on the rear fender, which looks hot.

The women is ready to ride.

The dealership gave the stock seats. To heck with that.

they DID NOT give the bracket for the backseat.

So, here's my question.

I want the back seat that matches the solo seat. Im sure they make one.
Does this seat mate to the stock bracket? Is this bracket a bracket that fits on the fender then the seat pops down onto it?

Further, doesnt yamaha make a throw over saddle bag. I assume you take the back seat off toss on the leather bags then put the rear seat back on and that holds the bag in place?

Should I %%%%% at the dealer for not giving me the bracket? I paid good $$ for the bike.
