I can not comment on a Corbin seat on the Liner but I did have one on my Royal Star and it was a good seat. I have a Mustang on my Stratty and love the thing. A Mustang on my Royal was better too for me but it was butt ugly when I soloed my Royal out so I went Corbin and it looked nice. I spent a ton on the Royal and now have a black Stratty that I am trying to keep a low profile with. Save money and have a sleeper too

Hi, look up Rick Mayer cycle. I haven't changed seats over stock yet, but when I get ready, it's who I'm using. Great looking and great testimonials, contacted some directly, and , it don't hurt to do something different from the other guys. You might not like them, but it won't hurt to give a look.

I'm kinda nervous buying something I can't see. I will certianly consider calling rick mayer.

I do kinda want some custom work. My roadliner is white and I would like white flames in the fron tnad back seat. I know corbin can do it and Im sure mayer could too.

Mustang just doesn't have enough options, but they look comfy!

On my Royal the Corbin was better than the stock but the Mustang was better then the Corbin. The Mustang seat is huge for the Royal and was just too ugly with what I was doing at the time. I had a Venture at the same time so if I was going to go long distance we took it anyway. Now that I've trimmed down to my Strat and Shelly's Royal Palomino we are set for two up on my bike or each to their own
I'll try to post a pic of my old Royal Star so you can see that a really tall seat would not have worked for the custom look I was after. My black Strat is just right now the way that it is.

I hear you. I wish i just had money to burn, id buy em all and pick. It's tough when you can't see them.

I have the Yamaha solo seat on there now and I love the look of it. I wanted a seat that hung with the look but I do want a seat on the back that is seperate and can be removed when i like, but I also want to the two the match and mesh well.

Tough choice.

Dave,
I'm pretty short(30" inseam), so my Strat at a stock 28.9 inches is pushing it. I cannot afford a Rick Mayer seat. I know that the Mustang adds an inch or so to the height. I've never tried a Corbin. Does a Corbin also add to the height?

We should be able to get a discount somewhere on a group purchase of Mustang seats??? Just a thought. It is a big ticket item and any little bit would be welcomed.

The Corbin should drop you an inch or more. I don't have one on my Strat but had one on a Royal Star and a Venture. It sits you lower on most bikes.

I certainly don't want to ADD ANY height. My current height is perfect.

Wink seats

In the spring Diamond Seats will offer a very comfortable saddle for the Roadliner !

They are working on mine right now and it will be in their spring catalog.

They made the saddle on my old Valkyrie and it is an all day saddle.

NOT as extreme as the Mayer but almost as comfortable and not as ugly.

Diamond Custom Seats - Home Page - Custom motorcycle seats for Goldwing, Honda, Harley Davidson, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and BMW

The Ultimate saddle is not bad. Not as good of customer service (you better agree with everything that she says) but a good product from canada.

canananananda I thought thinking they were always right is a country creed!

The seats look cool, wonder if they can stack up to Molson Beer! (if you havent tried a molson, TRY ONE (or 6))
