Default Initial service (600mi)

OK, hope I don't open up a whole can of worms but trying to CLEARLY understand just what is involved in the 600 service. The dealer isn't clear as I would like (will likely try another one).

As I understand it, the oil and filter are changed, and the transmission gear oil is changed as well. And of course the infamous "inspection of all systems".

Their quote of $425 is outrageous to me, but want to be clear what they are doing for that.

I no longer do the oil changes on my cars and truck so not too interested in doing them on this. BUT, may change my mind at these prices for an oil change.

Opinions, experinences?
