| Yes! Although I don't currently own any, I've used them before. I don't have the opportunity to use something like them very often in Texas, but they were great when you needed them. How is that for a hint? They are still made, and I could post a link, but I will let IntruderCruiser do that whenever he is ready to reveal the answer.

| Basically, Hippo Hands are great big miffs that fit over the end of the handlebars to keep your hands warm while riding. Found some pictures here

| yes, they fit over the handle bar grip area to protect your hands from the cold and rain -- Hippo Hands were made by Vetter (maker of fairings, saddlebags, trunks, side cars now defunct) They were made of a vinyl material -- and yes some areas need them worse than others. This was a 70's item someone posted that there is another brand of them out now. |
