Nope I don't name mine. But if it ever breaks down I'll definetly call it names. But I don't think it will let me down.

Not really an original name for a Suzuki though. ..... I picked my bike up yesterday and went to my parents house to show my dad..... (my parents did not know i was buying a bike, and they did not see me pull up on it).... my mom asked if "lisa" was here too (my girlfriend)..... I said "no" but i brought Suzie over .... so, she's named Suzie

Scarlet, as in Scarlet O'Hara.

She's red, so it fits.

When talking about my bike, I sometimes refer to her as "Suzi" ... I try not to talk to her, I don't know what I'd do if she answered me!

You didn't offer a "Not yet" option, which I would have picked.

That's because I've had my S40 for only two weeks now, and I'm still waiting for her to develop a personality.

When that happens, I'll give her a name (I've named all my other vehicles).

750 - "The Slut" Used to be "Susie the Slut", but since so many Suzuki owners call their bikes Suzi these days (even though I named this bike way before most of you were even old enough to drive) I shortened it.

1100 Street - "The Tractor" Always solid, always real torquey.

1100 Race - "The Beast" Got her moniker from an AFM KFG who always asked me "How's the Beast running?"

Boulevard Bertha, she’s big, strong, and has great curves. She purrs like a tiger, responds to my touch, and loves to be rode. Unfortunately she has a taste for zuki bling and has recently been whispering in my ear about getting a full body tattoo.

HA! Very true! Definitely not the same game as the 90's, but he is still plugging away in the Bigs! Gotta respect his numbers... the overall ones! I figure my bike ought to perform well for a long time considering who its named for!

Good name.

Oh, Black Betty (Bam-a-lam)
Whoa, Black Betty (Bam-a-lam)

She really gets me high (Bam-a-lam)
You know that's no lie (Bam-a-lam)
She's so rock steady (Bam-a-lam)
And she's always ready (Bam-a-lam)
Whoa, Black Betty (Bam-a-lam)
Whoa, Black Betty (Bam-a-lam)

Of course you realize that this song is just a speeding ticket waiting to happen.

When it breaks I may call it some names. But it doesn't have a regular name. And the next day we are friends again anyway.
