Default Motorcycle Lemon Law

Motorcycle lobbyists have been getting some positive indications that the legislature is being more motorcycle friendly.
Previously, the helmet law was repealed.
Now several versions of a motorcycle lemon law are working their way through committee. If it ain't fixed in 3 tries for the year following purchase, you get another bike.

Also, the most common cause of motorcycle injury is motorists failure to yield while turning in front of a cyclist.Working through legislature:
3 levels of fines (up to $1000)& license suspension (up to one year)for cyclist injury, severe injury,& death.

I'm pretty sure that MSF taught us that the most common MC crash cause is actually rider error, although a lot of bike accidents are caused by cagers.
