|  The Coolest Mod Ever
Okay . . . I've braggeed about it . . . I've thrown it in your face . . . I've used it to my nefarious advantage . . . all under the nose of the local law enforcement community. Now . . . it is time to share . . . THE GREATEST MOD . . . EVERRRRR!!!! Take a close look at the photo of my handlebars below:  Closer . . . closer . . . See that little round, silver thing? Huh? It's a bell.  Look at the next photo. The box surrounds the actual bell, and the arrow points at the plunger (or ringer, if you will). Just thumb it a couple of times: "Ring-ring" Perfect.  How does a modern mortal find him/herself with such a magnificent mod? My niece and nephew always get me something "beer-oriented" for Christmas . . . go figure. So, last year they got me a mug that said "Ring for next round" in it, with a little bell on the handle. I know, cunning invention.  So, all last Christmas Eve I'm walking around ringing this stupid bell. I don;t know why, I guess 'cause it was new. The wife took the mug from me and hid it (hey! no fair!). A few weeks later I found it (and got in trouble again for ringing it). My wife was trying to toss it, but I dug it out and salvaged the bell, whcih I promptly mounted on the handlebars. I ring it at kids . . . and neighbors . . . and the neighbors' kids' . . . and chicks (sometimes). You should see the look on someone's face when you cruise by and give a "ring-ring." Much (MUCH) cooler than "the wave."  |
