|  Couple "mods" to the M50
when i picked up my bike in Feb, it had a scratch about 1" x 1" on it from shipping. they ordered me a new tank and gave me Kury grips for free for the hassle. i got the new tank finally this weekend and it didnt have the side emblems on it. they took the old ones off, but decided to order me new ones for free. i'll go get them in a week or so. but i kinda like the look without the badging so i decided to take off the M50 puffy stickers on the sides and the word SUZUKI across the back fender so now it is very "clean" looking. the biggest difference is the tank badging of course. it makes it look much more sleek and long as my friend put it. more custom bike look to it. i also drilled 2 holes in the back baffle on each exhaust and it has a little lower tone and a little louder too. i like it! funny thing is, my new saddle bags (soft expandable type) are still sitting in the open box by my front door. didnt try them on yet. i'll get some pics up one day. |
