Bought the 97 GS new in March of 99 and it now has just over 80k miles on it. Bought the 02 GS with about 4k miles on the clock in Sept 03 and it now has about 22.5k miles on it.

My friend is still riding his older Yamaha 750 not sure exactly the model but it has over 85000 on it and that is not a typo. Only oil changes, pads, adjustments and no engine work. I also know a guy that has a honda elite 50 cc scooter with over 45000 on it with no work but needs work now.

Almost 8000 since buying new in May 05. Suzuki C50.

Po'boy myself, got a 2005 GZ250 when gas hit $2.99 a gal 4 months ago, the bike and ins cost less then filling both gas tanks on my '89 F150. I ride my GZ 48mi round trip 5 days a week but not in the rain, the coolest trip so far has been 24deg at 6am.
