Default Suzuki RM250

I have a 1998 RM 250 dirt bike. I keep fouling my plugs out. I put a brand new one in and ride for about 10 - 15 minutes and it fouls out. I also notice that there is more oil come out the tail pipe as well. Does anyone have any ideals what I should do..?

Thanks
Richie

Did the plug come out carbon fouled (black and sooty build up) or oil fouled (black, greasy build up)? If it is carbon fouled, something is wrong with your carb and you are running WAY too rich. If it is oil fouled (and the tail pipe oil makes me think that it is), there is some mechanical problem letting engine oil into the combustion chamber, such as a bad valve seal, broken ring, or oil leak into the intake manifold.
