he was saying that if you dont care to protect it because you are covered, why not just leave the keys in it so people can take it....

i mean, youre covered so it doesnt matter right?

I think I have been misunderstood,of course it matters,I was saying it has to be alarmed for me to get cover.

In an ideal world there wouldn't be people who think they can help themselves to other peoples property,but unfortunately there are people like that,so I have to have an alarm and a big lock.

Same with a performance car I had,if I was at home the car had to be in the garage or it wasn't insured for theft.
