Default Smell

Started up the ole' 1100 racebike today for the first time since October. Mmmm . . . it has it's own wonderous smell. Reminds me I need to get back on the track . . . ahhh . . . the memories associated with certain smells . . .

If I havn't cranked my bike up in the last 7 days I get that sensation to ride when I can smell a bit of unburned gas.

Nothin smells better than a lean running super bike. That smell you think, "This smells so good it must be bad for me."

"Do you smell that?... Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning."

Hahah we made our own with different bases....styrofoam.......chaulk and other substances. We put the extract in tuna cans and hit em with hockey sticks. Wow it made a nice little BOOM and flame when it hit the garage door!

Styrofoam + soap + gasoline + stupidity = Landry's homemade napalm

I remember styrofoam + gasoline, but I was a small lad when I was playing with that stuff. It seems like there should have been some adult supervision.....

Haha yeah. I made a hand grenade out of black powder, an M80 (for a fuse) in a film canister (those little black things that hold film). Then siliconed these little guys air tight.

Lets just say it made a bigger BANG than we expected (actually left small craters in our sand pit).

Oh yeah we were 15 years old at this time.....
