I vote we leave the pyro stuff out of this forum. You guy's start mentioning recipes from the 'Cookbook, and I can guarantee everyone involved will have a difficult time using their credit cards...

Actually the chlorine thing led to quite a nice fireworks display.

Potassium nitrate is easy to get here. Go to the hardware store and pickup "stump remover"

Melt sugar, have potassium nitrate in it. Put in a few fuses, let it get hard, and you have yourself a very very very awesome smoke bomb....


till it goes off in the kitchen, where a certain roomate had mentioned it was a bad idea to make (ME).

Smoke out house, but figure out how to get a really really good smoke bomb combo.
