Default February ride in Minnesota!

It was a rarely seen 48 degree sunny day, so I made damn sure I was home by 4 yesterday and I got 35 miles in. Didn't see another soul on two wheels. Today I saw a guy on a Nighthawk with several boxes strapped to the back end who I've seen a bunch of times.

I guess it's just us hardcore types this month. Okay, I'm really a wimp and am just pathetically desperate. Maybe the IMS in Minneapolis tomorrow morning will help.

You only see the hardcore people this time of year in the south as well. At least in the northern part of texas that I live in.

It was 57 out today, so I rode my bike to work on my lunch break. It's going to be a bit chilly when I get off work tonight though. Luckily I live on base and don't have to drive very far.

So this must mean I need to double the miles for tomorrow. 800 miles? Hmmm..... could be a late day!

Speaking of . . .

Learned to play "Wish You Were Here" a couple of days ago (it was transcribed in a rag I subscribe to). Floyd rules.

I take that back.

Would this cage be solitary confinement, or out in general population? I ain't going back into general population.
