| For those of you that may live in IL, I have a question for you. If you have taken the MSF Rider Course, does the DMV waive the driving portion of the test? I took the MSF class in MS and according to what I found on the MSF website, I may have to take the driving test regardless: "Please note that many states will not accept an MSF RiderCourse Completion Card issued from another state or from the Military."

| If you took the MSF course in IL, yes they waive the riding portion of the test. I don't know if they do the same if you took your BRC elsewhere. where in IL you from? Does SAFB mean Scott air force base near Belleville? Just curious.

| Newbie | It is worth taking the IL test to NOT have to drive at the DMV, or it was here... Our course at our local DMV is very skinny and tight, and with a big bike hard to manuever... however, at a rider course you use smaller bikes and a lot bigger testing area... driving and written test at the rider course, then just pass both, wait for your certificate and head to DMV to get a new license... SMILE for the CAMERA!! lol Best of Luck!!
