Did you leave the fuel valve in the ON position during that month of storage? If so, the carbs could have gotten flooded. If that's the case, it should be ok once the excess dries out. Have you tried to start the bike while sitting on it with the sidestand fully up? I've heard stores of bikes failing to start with the kickstand down in neutral because the sidestand interlock switch failed.

Does the engine try to turn over at all, or do you just hear dead silence when you hit the starter? Do all of your lights come on?

I'd check the oil and tires and then take it out for a test ride!

You can get owners manuals for around $5 from any Suzuki dealer. It's required rading!
