|  Things not looking real good for the motorcycle industry...
2009 3d quarter numbers will be out soon, and they will not look good. Year to date production figures for motorcycles are really, really bad. Dealer inventories are not shrinking despite the slow down of production, so the sales figures will be no better. Harley Davidson: down 30% Honda: down 30% Kawasaki: down 33% Yamaha: down 39% Suzuki: down 50% Victory: down 55% And those are down from 2008, which was a bad year already. Ouch. Good time to go shopping for a bargain though... |
