Rick was sharing the glory of his new tires yesterday, so I did some reading. Seems he's 100% right (as always, the scoundrel), and even torque-monsters are getting 10,000+ outta these puppies with great grip. Check out this tire at 9,000: Pilot Roads Opinions - Sport-Touring.Net I just bought a new Conti Road Attack rear, but the next time I buy a pair it will be PR2's. They can be had for a tick over $300 shipped. That's about $40 more than I usually pay, but it would seem to be a smart move. |
