Default Just Scraped Metal For The First Time

Just Scraped Metal For The First Time. Holy Cow Batman! While after four months of riding I'm getting more confident, I got a little too aggressive going into a round about (traffic circle). I let a tailgater push me and entered too fast in the inside lane. While I was comfortable with the lean, the reversal left me scraping the left foot board, and out of lean angle. My radius of turn wasn't enough to keep me in my lane and I drifted into the outer lane. Being out ahead of traffic saved my bacon. What do they say at the MSF, you start riding with little experience and hopefully a big bag of luck. And after the luck runs out you have a whole lot of experience to rely on. Well, I'm signing up for the refresher safety course!
