Well folks, as some know my beloved M50 was hit by a moron in a car, due to severe trauma she was not able to make a recovery and was laid to rest ![]() I have recently acquired myself a new ride. I originally wanted another M50, but couldnt pass on the deal and brought myself home a new 2009 Yamaha VSTAR 950. So far I love the bike, rides nice and looks great. Only complaints-exhaust will be changed when monies allow-the floorboards have to go, gonna have to do some research to see if regular pegs make much of a differance but with those floor boards on there I am scraping them at every corner so im hoping that if I put regular pegs on I can eat up the coners more and have more fun. If anybody knows if pegs make much of a differance please chime in, in the meantime im gonna check out the yamaha section and see whats going on there, maybe somebody else has the same dilemma as me. I am getting used to the heel-toe shifter but not a fan of the floorboards Immediate accessories to be put on include saddle bags with EZ brackets, backrest and luggage rack. Kury grips with throttle boss and helmet locks are likely and hopefully regular pegs. Anyways-here are the pics ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
